Shipping
We are semi-obsessive about getting your order shipped off to you as soon as possible.
We ship Monday through Saturday via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Some orders are also shipped on Sundays if going out by FedEx. Most in stock orders are shipped the same day when your order is placed before 1pm PST.
We are collectors and TCG players just like our customers, so we know you want your product fast and in perfect condition. We package everything carefully so it arrives to you in tip-top shape. It is rare that a package is handled to the point of damaging the contents, but in the case you receive goods damaged during the shipping process, we cannot be held responsible but know that we shipped insured and a claim can be filed. We are here to help file any claims that might arise.
Manufactures are not perfect. In the case you receive goods that have manufacturing defects, do let us know but, please contact the manufacture for a replacement. In the case of Pokemon, the company has a portal where you can message them about defects. Pro tip, before you get too upset with Pokemon, check aftermarket sales, some ‘mon sell for more depending on the defect. There are some strange collectors out there and we love them all!
Returns
For all non-trading card products we accept returns within 30-days from your purchase date. Sorry, we do not accept returns on trading cards. We only buy from reputable and authorized US based distributors. As TCG players and collectors ourselves, we want to be sure our customers only receive authentic products when they purchase from us. We are dedicated to becoming a part of your tcg and collecting family!
